PRICING & PAYMENTS

How is billing on your platform organized?

All virtual machines (vCells) are billed per hour. vCells can be deployed and terminated whenever you decide and you pay only for the time they are in “Active” state. vCells can also be used on “per monthly” basis – a due invoice is generated every 30 days. If you have a payment method on file with us the invoice will be cleared automatically, else you have 5 days to pay the due invoice before your service gets automatically suspended.

Shared hosting and dedicated servers are billed only monthly.

Each new customer needs to make an initial deposit so we can verify the identity of the client. After that, you can pay whenever a due invoice is generated or your account runs out of credits.

How does your hourly service billing work?

Our prices are based on hourly billing. Each vCell (virtual machine) launched on our platform is billed hourly. You can use it as long as you need it and once you terminate/destroy it, the billing for that particular service will stop. It doesn’t matter if you will use it for 30 minutes or 3 months – once you terminate a service the billing for it stops.

Can I pay monthly?

Sure, just leave your vCell active and a due invoice will be generated every 30 days.

Do I pay for a vCell (virtual server) when it’s turned off?

Yes, when you turn your vCell (virtual machine) off the resources (CPU cores, RAM, SSD etc.) are still reserved for that machine, so usage records continue to be updated by the system. The billing of a vCell stops when you terminate/destroy it and the service is not in an “Active” state.

What are the available payment methods on your site?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Bitcoin.

What is the minimum deposit amount?

The minimum allowed deposit amount is €10.00 EUR.

How are my credit card details stored and handled?

We do not store any credit card numbers or information on our servers. Our credit and debit card processor is “Braintree Payments”. All data transfers between our server and “Braintree” are secure and encrypted.

SERVICES

How long does it take to provision an ordered service?

All services on our platform are provisioned automatically. The time depends on the type of service and the operating system chosen. Typically provisioning time varies from a few minutes up to 10-15 minutes.

What operating systems can I use on your virtual machines?

We currently provide all major Linux distributions and latest Windows Server versions. All license fees (where applicable) are included in the price of the service.

Can I install my own operating system?

Yes, you can. In order to install your own OS on one of our vCells, please contact our support team to assist you further.

What if I go over my bandwidth limit?

All service plans come with an outbound bandwidth limit. You can see these limits on the service detail/order pages. Inbound and local traffic are always free.
If it happens that you go over your outbound traffic limit, your service will continue to operate normally. You will be charged €0.01 EUR for each additional GB of outbound traffic.

Where are your servers located?

We currently host our servers in two locations – New York, USA and Meppel, Netherlands. Both datacenters we use are Tier 3 certified facilities with no single point of failure


ACCOUNT & PERSONAL INFO

How long does it take to activate an account?

Account activation is usually instant. When you register an account on our website, you undergo a series of automated security and identity checks. If it happens some of these checks to fail, your requests for automatical deployment of services will not be honored from the system. In this case, a manual activation of your account is triggered, which can take from 10-15 minutes up to few hours.

Are my personal details secure?

Absolutely. We will never share or use your personal details with a third-party. We request and use personal information only to assure the proper and normal functioning of all services on our platform.

Do I need to verify my identity to use your services?

In some cases, when some of the automatic security and fraud checks fail to verify the authenticity of your payments, you might be requested to provide a proof of your identity. We may require you to provide a national ID card (front and back) / a valid passport and/or the bank card used for the transaction in question.


AFFILIATES

How does your affiliate system work?

You can activate your affiliate account from inside our client area. Once done, you can earn €25.00 EUR for each customer you refer to us. To make things easier for you, we give each of your referrals €10.00 EUR bonus credit balance.

What is the minimum payout amount?

The minimum payout amount is €25.00 EUR – just one successfully referred customer to us.

What are the supported payout options for my commissions?

You can choose to receive your commissions via PayPal (1 – 3 days) or bank wire transfer (4 – 8 days).
